Concrete sleepers are increasingly becoming the future of railway sleepers. As opposed to wooden sleepers they have a longer life span, are subjected to less maintenance (making them a cost-effective bargain) and have no choice other than ATC’s precast concrete sleepers are manufactured from mix ratios and steel and chemical reinforcements to withstand a pressure of 60 N/mm2. This high strength achievement provides stability and retentivity to the tracks.

The pandrol-clipped sleepers are made upside down in moulds, lined with eight (8), 10 mm twisted steel bars, to the following specifications.
